Refund Policy

Our plugins are available through a monthly subscription plan. Below is our refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply after cancellation.

No Partial Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. Once a billing cycle has started, the charge for that period is final.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the plugins, please contact our support team. If we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, a refund for the current billing period may be issued at our discretion.

Trial / Demo

We strongly encourage users to try any available demo versions or watch product videos before subscribing to ensure compatibility with their DAW and OS.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, please contact us for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
